What are your best sellers?

We have 3 flavor profiles - earthy, fruity and floral. 

Go for floral flavors if you like it mild and soothing. Best sellers are Lavender, Chamomile and Blue Butterfly Pea Tea.

Go for fruity flavors if you like it sweet and refreshing. Best sellers are Peach Roselle, Blue Pea with Fruits, Honey Dipped Lemon Tea and Hibiscus (floral tea that tastes like cranberry). 

Go for earthy flavors if you like the taste of green tea. Best sellers are Mint, Genmaicha and Oolong. 

What are your payment options?

We accept online bank transfer through BPI, BDO or Gcash. 

How do you ship out the items? 

We offer flat rate shipping if it's through Gogo Express. Please give us 2-3 business days to prepare your order.

P170 - Provincial 

As for express delivery, we can accommodate your order through Grab, Lalamove, Angkas or Mr Speedy. Booking arrangement and shipping fee will be covered by the customer. Please give us 1-2 business days to prepare your order.

Do you have cash on delivery?

Yes we can do cash on delivery through Lalamove. Just place an order and wait for us to notify you once your order is ready. Pick up location details will be sent and booking will be arranged by the customer. 

When can I receive my order? 

For Metro Manila orders, give us 1-2 business days to process your order if shipping is through Grab, Lalamove, Mr Speedy. For Blitz Delivery, give us 3-5 business days.

* We do not ship on weekends and Mondays (unless it's a rush order).

For provincial orders, cutoff is on Thursday, 6 PM and we ship it out every Fridays through LBC. 

Do you accept same day shipping or rushed orders? 

Yes! We're quite flexible. Just send us a message and wait for us to confirm your special request. Same day shipping is via Grab, Lalamove, Mr Speedy. 

Do you have a physical store? 

We don't have a physical store, but you can order directly from our website or you may also visit our store partners. 

 

Do you give discounts for bulk orders?
